There are many outdoor activities in the surrounding areas; such as canoeing, canyoning, horse riding, or follow the famous Robert Louis Stevenson trail on foot or by donkey. In the winter months ski-ing takes place on Mont Lozere.
There are clean communal open air swimming pools to be found in the summer months in Concoules and Robiac Roucehsadoule, within 15mins.
We highly recommend Cap-Canoe in St Ambroix. (20mns ) Take the 8km canoe ride and stop off at one of the riverside beaches for a swim or a dive off the rocks.
Watch the herons on the river with the mountains as a backdrop. Pure heaven. Pack a picnic and enjoy. A fabulous day out
